The personal data shared with Simply BPO will include the information submitted by the client for the purpose of seeking help and support with their business. This information will include but is not limited to contact details, and other information necessary to support customer service and administrative functions. Simply BPO is contractually required to:

- ensure that all personnel with access to personal data are subject to confidentiality obligations;
- implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage; and
